Award-winning choreographer and educator, Rennie Lauren is known for creating innovative, impactful work that inspires dancers to push beyond their limits. Her choreography has earned numerous 1st Place Overall awards, Top 5 rankings at the World Dance Championships, as well as multiple Choreography, Storytelling, and Odyssey Awards.

Certified in Giordano Dance, Acrobatic Arts, mUvmethod, and Acrotrix, Rennie specializes in developing strong, confident dancers who move with both skill and purpose. Her training includes Broadway Dance Center in New York City and Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles, bringing a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to her teaching.

As a choreographer, artistic director, performer, and mentor, Rennie is passionate about helping dancers discover their unique voice, build confidence, and achieve their fullest potential both on and off the stage.

Kayla Fraser is a choreographer and dance educator specializing in creating a positive, challenging, and inspiring environment for dancers of all ages. She has trained extensively in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and heels through prestigious programs including Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey, Arts in Motion, Petrov Ballet, and Joffrey Ballet School.

Kayla grew up dancing competitively and has performed with two professional AFL teams, including the Albany Firebird Flames and Albany Empresses. Her performance experience also includes music videos, commercial work, showcases, and festivals under renowned choreographers throughout the industry.

In addition to her dance career, Kayla earned her Master of Science in Criminology from the State University of New York at Buffalo, reflecting her dedication to both academics and the arts.

As an instructor and choreographer, Kayla is passionate about helping dancers build strong technique, confidence, artistry, and a genuine love for dance. She strives to create choreography that challenges her students while encouraging them to grow both on and off the stage.

Rachel trained at a pre-professional Broadway-based studio with a focus on musical theatre, Broadway jazz, tap, and acrobatics, studying under a faculty of retired Broadway performers and Rockettes.

Her performance experience includes appearances at Disney, including the Magic Kingdom parade, as well as performances aboard the Norwegian Escape and at the New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City.

Rachel graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2022 with a B.A. in Dance Performance and a minor in Physical Education. After discovering her love for teaching, she shifted her focus toward training the next generation of dancers with passion, energy, and care.

Ann Mandel brings warmth, grace, and technical clarity to every class she teaches. With a strong foundation in lyrical, jazz, contemporary, and pom, she is known for helping dancers connect deeply to music and movement with intention, artistry, and emotion.

Holding a master's degree in education, Ann creates age-appropriate, empowering learning environments where dancers are encouraged to grow both technically and artistically. A proud SUNY Cortland alum, she performed as a member of the university's kickline and dance company, developing her performance versatility and ensemble skills.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Ann continues to expand her knowledge through master classes and professional development opportunities. Her teaching blends patience with precision, inspiring dancers to build confidence, embrace challenges, and reach their fullest potential.

Vera Wagstaff

Ballet • Pointe • Top Notch Tots

Vera began her dance education at the age of six at the Academy of Dance Arts in Red Bank, New Jersey, under the direction of Jennifer Church, where she trained using the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) method.

She continued her classical ballet education at Rowan University, studying Russian ballet technique with Larysa Columbo, a graduate of the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. Vera continues to refine her ballet and pointe technique through classes and workshops led by alumni of the Joffrey Ballet School, American Repertory Ballet, and New York City Ballet.

Vera has performed in classical productions of Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, and has choreographed selections from Swan Lake and Giselle for local productions. She is passionate about building strong technical foundations while fostering confidence, artistry, and a lifelong love of dance in students of all ages.
