Studio Policies

Tuition & Payments
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
- A $15 late fee applies after the 11th.
- Registration and costume fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition is not adjusted for absences.

Attendance & Makeups
- Regular attendance is expected to ensure progress and performance eligibility.
- One makeup class per month may be scheduled (subject to availability).
- Please arrive on time and notify the studio of any absences.

Withdrawals
- A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from any class.
- No refunds will be issued for tuition or costumes once paid.
We appreciate advance communication so we can open spaces to dancers on our waitlist.

Dress Code
- Proper dancewear and footwear are required for all classes.
- Hair must be neatly secured away from face; no loose jewelry or gum allowed.
- Style specific dress codes are provided upon registration.

Studio Conduct
- Kindness, respect, and positivity are expected from all dancers and families.
- The studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior does not align with these values.

Communication
- We use email, the Parent Portal, and social media for studio updates.
- Please keep your contact information current.
